It started in Peru. Marius was staring at ancient ruins built by civilisations that shaped the world - and the only context available was a faded information board, in one language. The gap between what was there and what you could actually learn felt absurd.
That gap became Vidi Guides - seven years of self-guided audio walking tours, written, recorded, and tested street by street. The depth was incredible. The reach was tiny. Each city took weeks. Each language doubled the cost. Most travellers in most places never had access to it.
Then his brother Antoine - a developer who'd worked across banks, fintech, and AI - showed him what the new generation of models could do. The same expertise that took years to bottle could now be poured into any city, any street, any language, in seconds. Not a watered-down version. The full thing.
